Becoming a coach and professional business advisor has been a natural transition for me.

I have enjoyed a successful and esteemed 25-year career in advertising and media marketing, where my roles have varied: executive, independent consultant, entrepreneur, attorney and university professor. Coaching allows me to use diverse parts of my self and my background, and to experience the greatest satisfaction of my professional life.

I hold academic degrees from Yale, Stanford and the Fordham School of Law. My studies have included religion, communications, business management, research, decision theory, statistics, philosophy and the dynamics of language. All this has taught me how to generate effective action and how to help others do the same.

Out of my commitment to bring performance measurement to the coaching profession, I serve as Chairman of the Research and Development Committee of the International Coach Federation.
